Robert S. FrostTucker Ellis & West LLPRob is an attorney with the law firm of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, where he focuses his practice on estate planning, probate administration, probate litigation, and public law. Rob’s career highlights include, among other things, successfully arguing before the Eleventh District Court of Appeals in Carnahan v. Ohio Dept. of Human Services, 139 Ohio App.3d 214 (2000), which was a landmark decision in Ohio that restricted the ability of the State to invade non-self-settled trusts. Rob is also very active in the public sector. He is the Chairman of the Republican Party of Cuyahoga County, a position he has held since January 2005; he is a member of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, where he has served since May 2007; and he is a former councilman for the city of Rocky River. Rob is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association, and was a 2004 recipient of the American Marshall Memorial Fellowship.
