Evan T. Byron (Clerk)Chernett Wasserman Yarger, LLCEvan joined the law firm of Chernett Wasserman Yarger, LLC as a litigation associate in 2009, and focuses his practice on complex commercial, real estate, business, and tort litigation. Prior to joining Chernett Wasserman Yarger, Evan worked for three years at a Cleveland-based plaintiffs’ employment litigation firm. As well, during law school, Evan clerked for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office and one of the leading insurance defense firms in Ohio. Evan has a wide range of litigation experience and his practice involves the representation of both corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters in both state and federal courts. Evan earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Indiana University in 2002 and his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve School of Law in 2006. In law school, Evan was a member of the Dean’s List, Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity, and he was also a two-year member of Case Western’s highly regarded Mock Trial Team. Evan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA).
