Terry is Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel of the Industrial Sector of Eaton Corporation. In his role, he coordinates the legal support of Eaton's aerospace, hydraulics, and vehicle businesses. Prior to joining Eaton in 2007, Terry served as counsel with Avery Dennison Corporation. Terry began his legal career in 1991 with the law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP.
Terry's community activities include serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors of University Circle, Inc., and on the Board of the Ukrainian Museum-Archives in Cleveland. Terry is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

About the Task Force
In the fall of 2009, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) President Mike Ungar tapped Common Pleas Judge Tim McMonagle and Thompson Hine Attorney Jim Robenalt to form and head a task force that would study the strengths and weaknesses of the system through which Ohioans elect their judges, and then recommend improvements.
