Carter E. StrangTucker Ellis & West LLPCarter is a partner in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP where he focuses his practice on environmental, mass tort, and product liability litigation. He has a wide range of litigation experience in both state and federal courts. Carter is currently the Vice President of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) and he is the Immediate Past President of the Federal Bar Association, Northern District of Ohio Chapter. During his tenure with the Federal Bar Association (FBA), his chapter won the FBA's Outsanding Chapter and Oustanding Newsletter Awards. Carter is also a member of the Advisory Group to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Carter maintains an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating based on extensive and confidential peer review of legal ability and ethical standards by members of the bar.
