Roger M. Synenberg
Synenberg & Associates, LLC
Roger is the managing partner of Synenberg & Associates, LLC, where he focuses his practice on civil and criminal litigation with an emphasis on white collar criminal defense. He has tried over 150 cases in both state and federal court, and he has successfully argued before the Ohio Courts of Appeal, the United States Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Roger is an AV-rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating, and he has been recognized in Ohio Super Lawyers magazine every year since 2005 for his white collar criminal defense practice. Roger is also a Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Criminal Lawyers, and he is a life member the Eighth District Judicial Conference of Ohio.
Prior to entering private practice, Roger served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio.

About the Task Force
In the fall of 2009, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) President Mike Ungar tapped Common Pleas Judge Tim McMonagle and Thompson Hine Attorney Jim Robenalt to form and head a task force that would study the strengths and weaknesses of the system through which Ohioans elect their judges, and then recommend improvements.
