Stuart I. GarsonSeaman Garson LLCStuart is the founder and managing partner of Seaman Garson LLC, where he focuses his practice on representing individuals in the fields of workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury, among others. He is an AV-rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating, and was selected by his peers for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers magazine in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2010. Stuart is also active in the public sector and in his community. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Democratic Party of Cuyahoga County, a position he was unanimously elected to in June 2010; he has held the position of Director of the Cleveland Jewish News since 2002; and he has been a Member of the Moreland Hills Planning Commission since 2004.
