Kerin L. KaminskiGiffen & Kaminski, LLCKerin is a founding member of Giffen & Kaminski, LLC, where she concentrates her practice on civil litigation involving commercial contracts, the Uniform Commercial Code, employment matters, real estate and title issues, trust and probate matters, creditors’ rights, and business torts. Kerin is an active member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA). Kerin is one of only four women to ever become President of the CMBA in its prestigious 135-year history. She is also a past Trustee of the CMBA and has served on its Commission on Women in the Law, the Judicial Selection Committee, the Assistance to Lawyer’s Committee, and the Professional Ethics Committee. Kerin prides herself in being an avid student of the art of advocacy. She is a past faculty member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and is a life member of the Eighth District Judicial Conference. As well, Kerin is a frequent presenter at seminars, she has published several articles on various topics within her practice areas, and she has been selected by her peers for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers magazine every year since 2004.
